Life Passing Me By...

Wow, I can't believe it's been this long since I've written... Life and 2012 has LITERALLY passed me by. What's been happening since November of 2011? Has it really been almost a year since I last written? That also means it has been that long since I've reflected on my life. That made me think, "Kimi, you need to slow down..."

In a nutshell.... In December of 2011, I met Sanyi through an online matchmaking site and we hit it off like two peas in a pod. We celebrated New Years, Valentines, his March birthday, my April 7th birthday, Easter Sunday on April 8 when he met my mom.... Then he proposed on April 21, 2012. His parents were planning on coming out in September so we planned for a September 15, 2012 wedding so they could participate. We are fast moving but we also are older and know what we want.

I started school again for my Masters again, this time in Health Education, through Kaplan University, an online education learning college. The fitness business has been slow and am very thankful for being able to teach classes because that's the one real consistent event right now... with the exception of my body aches and loss of voice... That's a toughie!

Now it's already November, 2012, and I'm working like crazy-ish, still working on school, married for just over a month and a half, and looking for a new life as a married woman. Married? People ask me how married life is and my answer is... It's really the same. And that's a good thing. I'm in love and he's brings out the best in me. He's hysterical and I adore his Hungarian accent. I can't wait to finish school so I can just focus on family and work.

Life is passing me by but I need to stop and smell the fall air. I didn't get a chance to really feel and enjoy this year but I'm determined to take in the last of this year, starting today, the end of daylight savings time. November is the month of Thanksgiving... I'm thankful to have a lovely husband who supports me in all my craziness.
